Before proceeding with a new deploy, you may to add credits to your account to finalize your build. You may do so now, or return later once you have planned the functions required for your contract.
To add credits, select the amount of the native token you wish to add (at a 1:1 ratio) and select the Add Credit button.
You will also see a History of all your previous actions taken on the ChainFactory site. These include purchasing, or adding, credits and previously deployed contracts.
